A frying pan made of HAA (hard anodized aluminum). It is not the usual Teflon-coated type. It's similar to a cast iron frying pan, but easier to use. By applying a coating to its surface, HAA has a microstructure that makes it similar to a highly conductive ceramic. Compared to cast iron pans, HAA material is lighter, less prone to rust, and conducts heat evenly. It also cools down quickly after use. Comes with a removable handle. It can also be used as a Dutch oven when used with the FIREBOX camping plate or cowboy plate. Seasoning (oil) before use is required. Instruction manual included.
